We need to solve the problem of traffic across the south of Middlesbrough. There has been some work done by government in the widening of the Parkway/A19 junction which is due to be completed soon helping to solve the rush hour queues at the roundabout.

Unfortunately Ed Miliband's current MP has achieved nothing over the past 5 years, but I am determined to achieve with this. So I am setting up the South Middlesbrough Infrastructure Action Group which will have its first meeting at the Marton Country Club Hotel on March 19th at 7pm.

This will be a working group to devise sustainable solutions to our traffic problems. There are already plans on the table such as linking up the Parkway in both directions at Ormesby bank and I am inviting all residents to take part.
